Heart for the Poor and Needy

It is clear as you read and immerse yourself in God's word that He has a heart for those who are in need. Whether it is the orphan or widows, the poor or ill, God cares for them and wants His people to look after those in need. When Jesus comes into history, he reflects this heart of God in his ministry, and as his disciples we are called to do the same.
